Membership Options


Team Classes

These small group training classes aren't your typical bootcamp style classes. We keep our classes small so we are able to give each and everyone of our clients the attention to detail and recognition they deserve. Our Team classes give you the feel of private training while still being surrounded by a community of everyday athletes working towards a common goal. Whatever your fitness goal is you will feel like part of the family and always have someone in your corner supporting and cheering you on.

These classes will challenge you whether you are a beginner, trained athlete, or somewhere in between. We focus on body weight movements, strength training, cardiovascular endurance, agility and learning proper form for injury prevention.



UNLIMITIED CLASSES

Month to Month:

Not sure about your schedule? Not ready to commit to longer than a month? Then the month to month option is perfect for you!

90 days:

$220 per month

Loving the classes and need some accountability? Ready to commit at least 90 days to your new health and wellness routine? Then this option is perfect for you!


LIMITED CLASSES

2 class / week:

$150 per month

Just starting out with your fitness journey or pairing our classes with other fitness classes? Then this is a great option for you!

FSF Strength + Team

If you love our Team classes, but are looking for something a little more specific to help build mass and gain strength our FSF Strength class is perfect for you. Our strength class is programmed in 12 week structured training blocks that focuses on building muscle mass, increasing your strength, and developing your compound lifts; such as, squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Whether you want to bulk up, lean out, or just get stronger our coaches will take you through an intense strength training program that pairs well with our Team classes.

Personal Training Add Ons

All options include a complimentary unlimited Team class membership.


Private Coaching + Team

Whether you love group training or prefer to have a private coaching session we have what you need to help you reach your goals. Our private coaching sessions will allow you to work one-on-one with a coach to help guide you along your fitness journey. We guarantee our coaches will help push you through the hard times, be there for you when you need a little extra motivation, and mentor you to having long-lasting sustainable results. As a bonus, you have full access to our Team classes as a free add-on!

Semi-Private Coaching + Team

Grab your workout partner and let’s kick your fitness journey up a notch! If you need a little more direction and guidance with your fitness journey, but are on a budget or prefer to workout with a friend (or two), our semi-private training sessions are a great option for you! You’ll receive weekly semi-private, personalized training sessions, full access to your coach to help answer questions and guide you throughout your journey, and a complimentary unlimited Team class membership to use on your days away from your coach! 

1 hr. 1x week | $250/M per person

1 hr. 2x week | $400/M per person
