WE ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BACK!

Here at FSF, we will always be there no matter what.

We take pride in our coaches because we have a trait you can’t teach: Compassion.

Javier Torres

Owner + CEO

Coach Javier, aka Javi, has been coaching for 10+ years and has been a part of the FSF family since 2016. He graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength & Conditioning, in addition to becoming a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Coach Javi has been an athlete all his life, playing everything from basketball, soccer, participating in Crossfit competitions, power lifting, and everything in between. During his soccer career he earned a full rude scholarship to Cal Poly Humboldt, was a starter for 4 years, and earned his spot as Team Captain his senior year! His first true love is basketball and is a hardcore Lakers fan! He believes coaching should inspire mindful movement and develop leaders for the sport of life!

Courtney Torres

Owner + COO

Coach Courtney has been coaching for 6+ years and has been a part of the FSF family since 2016. She recently became a Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach with the goal of educating and training pregnant and postpartum women safely and effectively. She graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with a degree in Environmental Management & Protection with a concentration in Recreation. Although Courtney loves the outdoors and all thing nature, her first passion has always been sports, and health & wellness. She was a competitive gymnast for 15 years and has continued an active lifestyle since her retirement from San Jose State University. She uses her knowledge of movement and body awareness to help her clients reach their healthiest and most confident self by living a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Bryce Ezrre

Team + Private Coach

Coach Bryce has been leading group training for 4+ years now and has been a part of the FSF family since 2020. She worked her way up from a client taking our Team classes to a coach who is passionate about self-improvement and self care. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California, Irvine, which drives her to motivate others to use movement as a way to feel powerful and confident in themselves. Bryce is currently working on earning her masters and continues her work as a therapist when she’s not training at FSF. She has found that through group training and self-care this can lead to a greater confidence to become who you’ve always desired to be. Coach Bryce uses her psychology background to help coach and guide her clients to reach their goals while still feeling in charge of their health & wellness journey.

Jennifer Odell

Team Coach

Coach Jen is originally from New Orleans where she studied accounting & finance at Tulane University. After graduation she moved to CA for work, but found an unanticipated journey into health and wellness. She’s been coaching a variety of classes since 2015 ranging from indoor cycling, strength training, and obstacle course simulations. Over the last three years she began her journey back into the educational world to earn her medical degree and has officially been accepted into an MD program to begin her medical training in summer of 23’! Although her career path is changing she’s always had a passion for movement and health. She loves mountain biking, hiking, and cooking when she’s not in school or the gym. She uses her high-energy personality and love for all movement to help motivate clients to continue to push through even the hardest of workouts.
