Just starting out? Or just getting back to the gym? Then #TeamFit is for you! It can be a 40- or 60-minute workout focused on cardio, body composition and taking your stamina to a higher level. Plus, all weights and exercises can be modified to fit your needs.

#TeamFast – 20-min. workout

Success is about speed. We get it, winners play fast! And you need a trainer who understands that. #TeamFast is your full-body transformation workout in 30 minutes or less at any time, on any schedule, at any skill level.
